Die Unterkunft hat uns gut gefallen, sie wurde geschmackvoll neu renoviert und ausgestattet. Wir wurden freundlich und zuvorkommend bedient und konnten kulanterweise auch früher in die Wohnung. Auch der Ort Seefeld ist charmant und bietet einiges. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

Schöne Unterkunft, Service verbesserungswürdig

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und nah am Zentrum von Seefeld gelegen. Leider gab es bei Ankunft nicht ausreichend Bettzeug und Handtücher und es war niemand vor Ort, um zu helfen. Per SMS bekamen wir eine Lösung, uns die fehlenden Sachen selbst aus einem anderen Raum zu holen. Es wurde uns erklärt, dass übermittelt wurde, dass wir nur mit 2 Personen anreisen (wir haben aber 4 angemeldet bei der Buchung und im digitalen Zeitalter kann die Info eigentlich nicht verloren gehen und so eine Ausrede hat keinen guten Nachgeschmack). Es kann passieren, dass etwas schief geht, aber dann sind eine Entschuldigung und schnelle Lösung am besten, ohne Ausreden. Zusätzlich zu dem gezahlten Preis mussten wir vor Ort Reinigungsgebühren für die Endreinigung zahlen, von denen wir vorher nicht wussten, dass sie anfallen und in welcher Höhe (sie sind abhängig von der Personenanzahl). Diese Gebühren sollte man vor der Buchung angezeigt bekommen, damit man sie mit einplanen kann. Immerhin beläuft sie sich für 4 Personen auf 60 €. Davon wurden uns 10 € nachgelassen wegen der fehlenden Bettwäsche und Handtücher bei Ankunft.

The appartment was verry clean, everything we need was there. It was just outside of the city center and we had a view on the beautiful lake. The owners were super friendly. We had a great holiday and will surely recommend this place to friends and family.
