Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

Hotel was clean. Staff friendly. Valet parking was full when we arrived was directed to one a few blocks down.
Breakfast had plenty of choice. Would more than happily recommend this hotel.

I enjoyed how close to the beach and restaurants the hotel was. It was clean, and the staff members were very helpful. The cafe and rooftop was a great way to start the morning. It made a short stop in Miami feel like a vacation itself!
