Kim Ma Fishing Holidays

The room given to us was not the same on the photos on the listing. Look at all the negative reviews and you’ll notice a themed. The sheets are stained, you can hear the noise outside (constant horning of vehicles even during midnight), aircon is noisy, the shower drain is clogged and no lift on the first/second floor. We had to leave on the first night and book a proper hotel. The staff were friendly though.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful hotel. The location, in the heart of the Old Quarter, is perfect for its proximity to L1ke kiem, interesting shops, the Water Puppet Theater and great restaurants. The hotel restaurant is wonderful with a fabulous buffet breakfast and superior service-Rosalie was so helpful and also had great suggestions for activities in Hanoii. Also, the rooftop bar has a nice view and extensive cocktail list. The hotel service was simply excellent. We had to catch a bus several blocks away after we checked out, and James was exceptionally helpful in making sure we got to the right pick up point, getting our bags there and confirming the pick up details with the driver. We highly recommend this hotel.
