The staff, hotel restaurant, and location were great. We’ve stayed at three hotels in Hanoi, and we will be returning to this one. Thank you for having us!

The staff were amazing. They were all friendly and helpful and got out of their way to make sure that we had a warm welcome and a pleasant stay. Very good breakfast that varied a little from one the day to the next making sure that it would not become boring. The staff in the breakfast room were very helpful and informative about the ingredients in each dish to help us with our dietary restrictions. The spa and the treatments were also good but maybe sound proofing the treatment rooms could improve the experience. This is a very minor issue though. Overall10/10.

Our stay here in Hanoi was absolutely incredible. Everything exceeded our expectations, especially considering the cost. The value for what you receive is unbelievable. The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable, and extremely well maintained, but what truly made the experience special was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making our stay as great as possible. The hotel restaurant was excellent, and the breakfast each morning was phenomenal with plenty of delicious options. It became something we looked forward to every day. A special thank you to Tracy from the concierge service, who was unbelievably helpful. She completely handled booking our day trip for us from start to finish. All we had to do was pay, and everything else was organized perfectly. It made exploring Hanoi so easy and stress-free, and it was such a valuable service offered by the hotel. The location is also fantastic. You can walk to so many attractions, it’s very close to the lake, and there are countless places nearby to eat, grab coffee, or pick up snacks. Honestly, I cannot think of a single negative thing to say about this experience. It was absolutely amazing, and I would stay here again without hesitation.
