Hotel itself is beautiful. Pool and amenities as advertised. Staff are well trained, professional, and very friendly. The room fit and fondue do not reflect the price - layouts are quite strange, ie. no sink on the same floor as the toilet and shower. And Bring your own mattress because the beds are exceptionally uncomfortable. Location would be the main reason to stay

I booked this property for the pool, which did not disappoint. About 20 meters long with hot tub attached. Also had a steam room and full spa services(which I did not try). We ate light lunches at the bar and breakfasts in the small dining room. There are 3 very good restaurants adjacent - we tried fixed menu at two and were not disappointed - plus the views were very nice. (The third is Michelin Star rated). If you book, suggest you go for breakfast included as it is a bit pricey for the buffet. The staff was superb and extremely helpful, especially the concierge. This boutique hotel earns its 5 star rating. Only drawback was that Vieux Lyon was a steep walk about 15 min down hill. Maybe take taxi back if you have mobility issues.

Great location for the Bossonet lifts and easy walk into the village. This was my first stay in the apartments of the complex (rather than the hotel). The 2 bed apartment was functional and clean, albeit could do with some updating to provide more comfort. Having said that I would stay again, due to the overall ambience and convenience. Free and secure underground car parking was very useful.

The check was very easy, they even let us check in a few hours early. The hotel was lovely and clean, the lamp in the room didn’t work but plenty of other lights, the tv wouldn’t connect to the internet so could only watch French tv. Spa area was lovely and relaxing after a busy day skiing. We had one free access per booking so definitely made use of it. The breakfast was brilliant.
