The staff was very helpful especially with English being a second language for them.
WIFI could be better...but it's free.
Reception area had a bad smell. The rest of the hotel was fine.
The free breakfast was very filling.

The Regent Hong Kong is a beautiful 5 star hotel. The restaurants, bar, pool, gym and all ammentities are first class. The location also very conenient with close proximity to fantastic shopping and restaurants.
I must also receommend getting a room with club access. The club is absolutely perfect with a fantastic breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails with small bites.
The view from the water facing rooms is stunning especailly at night.
The staff were extremely helpful and go out of their way to make sure you stay is perfect.
I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Hong Kong.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Expedia did not update that the hotel no longer offer free airport shuttle but they communicated nicely with me and made some accommodations. Would definitely recommend as the stay was very comfortable.

Very happy with my stay here. Very central - nearest station is just 5 minutes away with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.
Clean, comfortable, fairly spacious room. It had everything I needed - comfortable double bed, good wi-fi, kettle, mini-fridge and the shower was powerful.
The air conditioning worked well but I would have liked it at a lower temperature. Hong Kong is extremely humid in the summer.
I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Hong Kong.
