I went with my daughter and we had a wonderful time. Everything you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Clean facilities, great food and hospitality. My daughter loved the beach and the water slides - she was entertained all day.

this hotel is 97% either Russian or local Turkish residents - therefore bear this in mind. Facilities are good and for an all inclusive experience you cant ask for much more. overall the downside was the pricing I thought was a bit high for what it is - its more of a 4 star experience.

We had an excellent stay at Rixos Premium Bodrum and would happily return. The resort has a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere and never felt overcrowded. When the sea is calm, it’s absolutely stunning—crystal clear, calm, and perfect for swimming. We were also fortunate to receive a complimentary suite upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The suite was spacious, comfortable, and having two bathrooms was a wonderful convenience for our family. The staff throughout the resort were warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. We especially recommend People’s Restaurant. The food and service were exceptional, and we actually enjoyed it more than the à la carte restaurants. It’s definitely worth trying. We also appreciated having the Yargıcı boutique and the wellness/medical center on the property, which added to the overall convenience of our stay. There was one small issue regarding a reserved table, but the team handled it professionally. They apologized sincerely and resolved the situation quickly, which we really appreciated. If there is one area that could be improved, it would be the bathroom amenities. Upgrading the shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel to higher-quality products would better reflect the luxury experience of the resort. Overall, we had a fantastic vacation. Thank you to the entire Rixos Premium Bodrum team for their hospitality—we look forward to visiting again.

Few things to say: - the room has no mosquito net and we are talking about a hotel near a delta. All the areas are flooded with flies and mosquitoes all the time. - the main restaurant is awful, the food is repetitive and bad tasting, and the place is dirty to a level you can’t even imagine. Very hard to find a clean fork and knife. - all the drinks in the mail restaurants and also in the lunch restaurants, come in a glass. The glasses are dirty, very dirty. - the cleaning in the general areas is ok, the gardens are wonderful and well maintained. - the dinner restaurants are from another story, they are clean, with decent to good food ( we recomend the italian restaurant ), the drinks come in bottles and so on. My opinion, they have a very low level of food, cleaning and service in the main restaurant, just so you can go to paid restaurants. We always go to the so called a la carte restaurants, howerv, for all the other people, i don’t know if they want to pay extra. Don’t go to the Steak restaurant, for us 4 it was 165 euro extra, plus 20 euro the tip. It is not worth it. The food was average at best. The aquapark area is ok, there is shuttle to the brach with is nice and you don’t have to wait anymore. Out of the 2 rooms we had, 1 was not made for 4 days, ultil i called them and stated screaming at the receptionist. In the end , i would give a -8 to this hotel, and mainly because of the level of cleanliness.
