The room was perfect and clean the location was perfect for us and the service was good the roof top bar was fenomenal

Room was very clean ! They staff was great customer service representative Ray provide Amazing customer service advising me off the rewards for loyalty members. I wish would paid attention to the fact there’s a resort fee. Don’t be surprised at check-out.

I was so disappointed with this hotel. It purports to be a 5 star hotel and I was certainly paying a rate commensurate with that but it simply isn’t of a high enough standard to deserve a 5 star rating. From staff arguing with each other in front of us to being denied entry to the bar because it was too busy; there simply isn’t enough room for me to list their faults here, which essentially come down to a lack of attention to detail and care but if the management want to write to me I will give them the full list.
