I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped foot in the hotel, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service that lasted throughout my entire stay. The location of the aparthotel is simply perfect. Situated in the heart of Gdansk, it offers easy access to all the major attractions, vibrant shopping areas, and delicious dining options. Whether I wanted to explore the historic Old Town or enjoy a leisurely stroll along the picturesque waterfront, everything was just a stone's throw away. The rooms at the aparthotel were spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail and the thoughtfulness that went into the design. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. The well-equipped kitchenette provided me with the convenience of preparing my own meals, which was a bonus for longer stays. The staff at the aparthotel were phenomenal. They were always available, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. They provided me with invaluable local insights and recommendations, making my trip even more memorable. Their professionalism and genuine care for their guests truly stood out. I am already looking forward to my next visit!

Michael at the front desk was welcoming, knowledgable, and attentive. He also had a great sense of humor. Our room faced the marina with a gorgeous view. The property is quietly away from the hustle and bustle yet still within comfortable walking distance to attractions, restaurants, and shopping.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem kleinen, familiär geführten Hotel in Sopot. Die Lage ist hervorragend, nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt, sehr zentral gelegen und die Seebrücke ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Besonders begeistert hat uns das Frühstück. Die Auswahl war hochwertig und abwechslungsreich, zudem konnten frisch zubereitete Speisen wie Shakshuka, Rührei oder Pfannkuchen bestellt werden. Die Qualität der Speisen war durchweg ausgezeichnet. Das gesamte Personal war äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr gut geschult. Man fühlte sich jederzeit willkommen und bestens betreut. Ein tolles Extra waren die kostenlosen Strandutensilien wie Klappstühle, Decken und Windschutz. Außerdem konnten wir für drei Stunden kostenlos Fahrräder ausleihen und die wunderschöne Strandpromenade entlangfahren. Der Spa-Bereich ist zwar eher klein, dafür aber sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Nutzung musste an der Rezeption reserviert werden, wobei täglich eine Stunde kostenfrei zur Verfügung stand. Besonders positiv fiel uns auf, dass der Bereich nach jedem Besuch gründlich gereinigt wurde. Auch die ruhige Atmosphäre des Hotels hat uns sehr gefallen. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es angenehm leise und erholsam. Wir hatten die Family Suite gebucht. Ein kleiner Nachteil war, dass sich das Fenster im Kinderzimmer nicht öffnen ließ.

I travel a lot, and I never left a one-star for the property, because even if there were minor issues, overall I loved my stay. This time was different. Like, shockingly, especially since the accommodation was advertised as luxury. Let's start with the obvious problem - NO WINDOW in the room. Like at all. It was classed as a standard room in a 'Luxury' accommodation. It sounds like a substandard to me. Oh, and no escape plan either. If you read there was a fire extinguisher in the room, you'd find it's only on paper, as there wasn't one in the room. No refrigerator either, but the 'luxury' was there - the sleepers were real, and two bottles of water. Now this wasn't all; the toilet didn't work either. And apparently, it was serviced often, but nobody could come and have a look until our departure day, so we were stuck using a restaurant toilet in the corridor. And then the last straw on the following day, that finally made me do a booking in the nearby Radisson hotel, may I say for two/thirds of the price, there was no hot water when I wanted to take a shower after a very long day. And the staff help - we're sorry for the inconvenience, but maybe you're using the shower wrong. No, I wasn't; it worked the night before. And the following morning. I bet they either ran out of water or were switching off the hot water after hours but were not willing to say it. Please stay away if you want to have a lovely time; instead of worrying, you'll be trapped without a way to escape.

Excellent stay, room was very clean and attended to everyday. Mini fridge and free water and coffee/tea refilled everyday. Air conditioned but windows opened too for fresh air. Walkable to all major sites. Would stay here again.

Place is nice. Clean and cosy. Nice rooftop with barbecue. Stuff was very helpfull. Bery good lovation near to the galeria baltycka.

The beds was horrible, we changed hotel

The building was modern and the check in process was easy. The gym was nice too. The two main issues were: The room did not have a TV and the breakfast was left in a takeaway bag in front of the door. They did not ask for my meal choice and I really did not like the cheesy sandwich with lots of onions. I definitely would not have paid for that breakfast if I knew!
