Beautiful room with beautiful views, perfectly located close to the lake, shops, restaurants. Cannot fault the staff and their breakfast service was lovely. The bathroom was gorgeous!

Rooms were nice except old small tv, there were no bathrobes, pool was additional 20€ per person…. Parking 35€ and 10 € tax per person. Staff was nice!

The front of house staff and valet team is excellent and customer obsessed. Kudos to them for being terrific. Regretfully, the property is run down, dusty and just not a five-star experience. Bathroom fixtures and faucets were rusted over and not clean. Floors and carpets were visibly dirty/dusty; common-area corridors were unkempt and cluttered. While the location is unmatched and some may find the artistic ambiance charming, the interior needs a major overhaul to be considered a high-end hotel.

The hotel is beautiful, and the staff was absolutely fantastic. They were very helpful and attentive, we had a wonderful stay, and would recommend it to everyone.

This resort is spectacular, the grounds are wonderful and well maintained, the rooms are spacious with the great views. Ideally located on Lugano lake and within a 20 minute drive to Menaggio which is a great gateway to Lake Como. We don’t like going to the same location twice…We are already talking about our next trip back to Parco San Marco. If you have kids between the ages of 3-10 don’t miss on this resort. Their staff is the best we’ve ever come across. Could not figure out if it was a hiring process that was exceptional or the management…Or both…But the staff really cares and treats you like family. Special shout out to Claudio di Monopoli (Apuglia), he was single handily the best person in

This was an amazing place, incredible views and super friendly staff. My wishlist for making it better would only be air conditioning, maybe more loungers at pool. You need to be aware of how long it can take you to get down to como but it’s an amazing place.
