This was my second stay at Hotel Phi. The location cannot be beat! I stayed in one of the apartments and it was an excellent experience - the kitchen was well-appointed for basic needs during my stay and the staff was immediately responsive to a small issue with the hot water one morning. I will definitely plan to stay here again during my next visit to Bologna.

Hotel was decent but somewhat shabby and slightly into what I felt like was the sketchier part of town, not too far from what seemed like safer areas but not quite there.

This place seemed on the edge of the best parts of town so that was good. Breakfast had a variety of foods and drinks which I would rate as “okay” and “decent.” Staff was about 70% customer service oriented. Room was fine. Somewhat shabby with a tiny shower that didn’t seal so bathing was a bit sketchy. It was all in all decent.
