Room would have been very good in it's day (quite a few years ago). Good parking, elevator, decent selection at breakfast.

Exceptional staff, all very helpful and welcoming felt like personal service by all. Nothing was too much trouble. Spa area was excellent, great pools. Great location for walks and relaxing

Hotel decor was beautiful. Food was outstanding.

A stunning location with excellent food but just not quite right We felt a little out of place and uncomfortable when finding the hot tub is only in the nude area, the whole situation made us feel we couldn’t go where we pleased and was just generally uncomfortable The service was mostly good but felt a little forced on occasion rather than truly good service The dinners were exceptional with the daily menus and wine recommendations a real highlight The hotel is kept very well, with the smell of the wood fantastic Aircon not being available during a heatwave was a bit of a challenge but I understand this is being added over time We also had a mix up with a taxi being ordered from reception which led to us nearly missing our flight home Overall a good stay but not quite what we expected

The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and coffee making facilities. The room provided a comfortable base whilst visiting family.

This is a great hotel! Clean room, kind staff, close and walkable! The breakfast was excellent, lots of options! 10/10 recommend staying here.

Great spa and had a nice dinner at the restaurant! There was amazing views of the mountains. Lady at the desk and server was nice and provided great service as well.
