We had an amazing time at Mandarin Bay Resort & Spa! From the moment we arrived at Caticlan Airport, the transportation to the hotel was smooth and well-organized. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The food was delicious. we especially highly recommend the Prime Rib dinner buffet! Our room was very clean and spotless, which made our stay even more comfortable. We truly enjoyed everything and would gladly stay here again. 😊

Staff were amazing, hotel on beach, restaurant and service was very good.
Sun lounges on beach with towels on and no one using them, this was all day and very disappointing, people reserving them while at lunch or shopping… my pet hate😡
