What a fantastic hotel - the nicest 5 star I’ve stayed in. The hotel complex is huge - it really is a village. There’s 2 outdoor pools, loads of wide, comfy sunbeds (we never struggled to get one, even later on), 5 different restaurants, two shops, a spa, and a shuttle bus to take you all over the complex and down to the beach. Food was exceptional, drinks were excellent, and the staff were so helpful. The views are wonderful too and it’s so peaceful. Make sure you take a trip to the top of the complex to see the views from the chapel! A welcome drink was provided on arrival and there were sandwiches and water in the fridge in the room because we’d missed dinner on night 1. We were able to move this dinner to the last day instead and a courtesy room was also available to freshen up before our flight home. Two of the restaurants are included in the half board package - I’d recommend the Panaroma restaurant and an outside table for the stunning views. You get a voucher for the burger bar to use one night instead of the buffet. And you can pay to use the other two restaurants (you get 15% off on one evening). Hotel is ideally located for buses to Rhodes town centre, Faliraki, & Lindos. We also did a boat trip to Symi that we’d thoroughly recommend. My only suggestion for improvement would be serving wine by the glass. There are half bottles of the house wine (350ml) but all others are full bottles. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel & really hope we’ll be back

Lovely clean, modern hotel. Facilities are good and right on the beach. Friendly staff and lovely big rooms. Downsides are there are dogs in the hotel. We love dogs, but do i want to spend breakfasts sharing them with dogs on seats next to me barking? Not really in a 5* hotel…. Also the location isn’t brilliant. The hotel itself is lovely and luxury but the immediate area isn’t the same. We found ourselves renting a car and travelling to Lindos or old town most days. But it was a great base. Possibly over priced for the location I think.

A great resort, I would say it’s more of a 4 star and definitely focused on families. I believe it is too big to maintain a 5 star standard, as it missed the finesse that others show, more because of its struggles to cope with a large number of guests. The location is amazing, close to old town and all the bays. Swim up pool is good, the vent for the sewage was near ours, so you would get a whiff and I noticed some of the other swim up rooms didn’t even get the sun. I could have complained, but the hotel was that full, I couldn’t see what they would be able to do to fix this. The buffet was ok, nothing that stands out though, felt that the a la cartes were just the buffet plated up by someone else. The street food hub was ok but they always got the order wrong, so something to be aware of. A small thing, but how you judge a hotel quite quickly, no welcome drink and checking in felt more like a factory process. So if you are after a true 5 star experience, then maybe not, if you don’t like hearing kids, then maybe not but if you are after a high end 4 star in a great location and you have kids, then yes (if you get a good deal and not 5 star prices).

My best experience in Greece. Stayed for a month solo and had family visit me. It was truly magical. The staff were like family & good friends. There to support you as needed always. Never intrusive. From the moment I booked everyone was very helpful and keen to ensure my travel plans went very smoothly from arrival, during my stay and timely departure. Appreciate everything so much. Wonderful facilities well maintained in a perfect location to explore all of Rhodes. They truly live their Mission - philoxenia - let us look after your every need. Cars, tours, great quality. You never felt rushed. Everything delivered professionally to the highest quality. Food, stunning cocktails, pool bar dining and live music were all fabulous. Helpful too of family who visited me from overseas from United Kingdom & Australia. Pool area with the great lifeguard. Rooms - great size, balcony overlooking archaeological site, peaceful, lots of storage (unpacked for month), great wifi, housekeeping team kind and thoughtful. I totally understand why so many return to this gorgeous oasis. Will always stay here when I visit Rhodes. Thank you Popi, Evangelos, Vasili, Kiki, Kristine, Marianthi, Anna and everyone for a beautiful holiday. May all good things fill your lives.

The resort is beautiful, quiet and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is fresh and varied. The spa is relaxing and the spa staff professional. The beach is clean and never crowded. The evening entertainment is very good quality.The resort is not far from the Old Town or the airport. We highly recommend this resort if you want to unwind.

Not a good stay and they didn’t care to rectify for us. Poor service not worth staying at.
