North Adriatic Coast Fishing Holidays

I booked this hotel for a couple of reasons. The first and most important reason is that it stated in the listing that it had 24 hour airport shuttle available. Beware! It does not. I tried to message them in the Hotels.com app regarding this after I booked the room, as I could not find their shuttle from the airport. I never heard from anyone. I had to make my way through to a bus and then a train and then a lot of walking to get to their location. When I brought it up to the staff, they said their Internet had gone out. They considered my fault for not calling them instead of messaging them. Interestingly, they had their internet back, but still never messaged me. One of the staff said yes the information listing that I showed them from the site was incorrect. Upon check out the next morning, a different staff person, upon asking me how my stay was, said the opposite. Said they have a private taxi service available 24 hr. Their shuttle will go four times a day to the train station. I tried to impress upon her that was not the same as ‘24 hour airport shuttle service’ but she wanted to argue so I let it go. I had to arrange for their private taxi to the airport-45 euros for a less than 6 mile ride. Nice gentleman who provided the taxi; prompt, kind and on time. The property itself is beautiful and so was the room. I’m sorry the staff and the mis information left me no choice but to give them a lesser rating.
