During our stay , three of the sauna also did not work !

The location is great but struggling to see how this hotel achieves a 4* rating. The hotel is combined with a back packer hostel in the same building which cheapens the whole offer. The bathroom was smaller than a cruise ship ensuite.

The breakfast is decent and the place is conveniently located to bus stops and walkable distance from west interlaken. The staff is very friendly and they have unlimited coffee at the lobby. Place is old but well maintained.
