Staff was amazing, great location and property. My only gripe is flies, yes flies EVERYWHERE. In the restaurant and room. We left windows open for 20 minutes and counted 12 flies on the room. Dinner, there were easily 10 flies at our table alone. This is common in the area so I don’t blame the hotel. I was told the cows are the reason

Clean, spacious apartment , great location, unbeatable views … It didn’t disappoint 👍.
Sven was nice to help us checked in, and Alex gave us a little token ( potpourri) on our way out . Highly recommended if you want to stay in Interlaken. ( basically between OST and West ) . We went to Zermatt , Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen from here, Trains ( SBB App) are on time and very convenient to take you from one place to another .
