(1,000 reviews) The staff greeting us was very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely, if a little cold. No matter what we did, the temperature was lower than we liked. However, saying that, once in bed we were warm enough. The breakfast was amazing, the staff brilliant and the views over the city are stunning. We found the hotel to be in a very central area for us to explore the city.We will be returning to Budapest in the future, and we will be booking to stay here.
