İd like to ask Tourism Agency Dept of Azerbaijan Republic pls do your job and feel the response of all power that was givven to you guys by Goverment. Everything in hotel was like 1 from 10. You guys are wasting goverment and citizens stuff.

It is a disgrace to call this hotel a 5 stars and even worse, an autograph collection hotel. Staff was horribly trained, food was awful and overpriced, no concierge. Phone in room did nor work, fridge did not work. I paiud for two nights and left after one.
