You MUST book a stay here. It gives the warm hug you need in your Seattle travels. This is by far the best hotel ever. The doorpersons greeting, all the friendly staff and restaurant server(Heidi) all rer winners!!! Really nice and engaging. Very knowledgeable staff in restaurant for certain. Mark the driver of the Audi car with complementary local drop off was above and beyond. Professional and very personable. This location puts you in a walkable safe area. My room is as super clean and the ascetic was uber vibey. Slept like a baby. I will most def be back. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Our stay here was average, staff was constantly preoccupied with other matters when you needed assistance, wanted to charge $40 for early check-in called 2 separate times and was only told about the fee once. Butlers were unpleasant. One single elevator worked the entirety of our stay, 15+ minute wait times for elevator on the 16th floor. When you finally did get an elevator you were either packed in like sardines or had to completely wait for it again once it unloaded.

To places for breakfast the bagel shop was busy but good. The other restaurant was a sit down and not very kid friendly. Kids love the pool and hot tub.

Very clean & comfortable and the staff was very friendly. I wish it had a pool as our son loves to swim but that was my only “complaint”.

Good central location to nearby attractions. Older hotel with basic necessities. Staff courteous and attentive. Bathroom a little cramped. Small fridge a plus, but no microwave. Outside street noise noticeable, even from higher floors.

Great hotel stay and friendly staff all around

-Clean room -Free rental bikes with locks for bikes and helmets -Free coffee from 6am-2pm in lobby -Property has security walking around at night -Door lock after 10pm but can be opened with hotel card - free water down stairs also in lobby

The hotel was clean and nicely renovated. We had a 6th floor room facing the water which was great. The location is great if you’re planning to visit Seattle center. The only complaint is the elevators are very slow.
