(1,000 reviews) We had a great stay, the town of Murano is quiet. Staff was great and the room was very cleaned. The buffet in the mornings was pretty good so the money was worth it. We loved a small restaurant called Osteria Al Duomo which was down the street. The Murano glass factory was a cool, as you can see the employees making many things out of glass. It was a different experience as everything is through water taxi, so there aren’t any vehicles. We loved it. (1,004 reviews) We loved the neighborhood and the hotel, such a great stay! Just be prepared for a bit of walking, which we didn’t mind at all. The staff was absolutely phenomenal, especially Eric at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly helpful, answered all of our questions, and even went out of his way to help us switch our bed setup to twins. He also kindly shared a helpful tip for future bookings when using Expedia, which we really appreciated. A small wish would be having complimentary water in the room, and hopefully on our next visit the room will be a bit more updated. That said, overall it was a wonderful experience, and we would absolutely come back and stay here again.
