Super servicial, pero cama no tan comfortable, hace ruido cuando subes ariba.

The hotel was average. The shower was never warm. It took some getting used to taking cold showers. But, otherwise it was in a very convenient location where you can walk to all attractions in Casco. There is a strong police presence so I always felt safe. Prices are expensive in this area.

The property was centrally located, clean & safe. Everything was as pictured online. The view from the balcony was awesome.

The staff were friendly and efficient however, for my preference I didn't find the breakfast options very healthy.

Breakfast could improve with better quality of food. The beds are okay, but worn out and the sheet quality is low to be worn out.

We were disappointed by the fact that the pool was being renovated (therefore closed) and we were not notified until we were checking in at the hotel.

Great customer service

Beautiful lobby and rooms great friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was limited and not very good. Hotel room windows were very dirty. Pool is old needs renovated. Pool views weren’t great of old dirty buildings and apartments. Restaurant dinner food was terrible had to send back. Our suit didn’t have hot water for one day.

This hotel is amazing and packed with culture, its beautiful, smells reallly nice and the views from the room is breathtaking!!! The room was very clean!!

Perfectly located for seeing Casco Viejo, and beautifully maintained as an historic building. Staff was absolutely accommodating and responsive to all requests (and we had a few!).

Friendly staff, excellent service, great location and beautiful hotel.
