Potential for this property is great though it is not ideally located. Huge breakfasts that ranged from buffet to special order based on occupancy.
Upkeep and maintenance is not up to western standards for a boutique hotel. No bar, no washcloths etc.
An excellent and accommodating staff needs support from the management company Asia Leisure in terms of equipment and supplies.

"This property is scam. Absolutely dirty, I don’t feel like recommending it. I want my money back. AC didn’t work, leaking water from AC vent. Dirty towel, spiders in bathrooms, broken taps We were 16 people, and our stay was horrible."
