I had an excellent experience at Grand Dior Hotel. The service was truly outstanding — the staff were professional, attentive, and always ready to help with a warm attitude. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options, making every morning enjoyable. The atmosphere of the hotel is amazing — you will truly feel a sense of luxury and comfort throughout your stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone looking for a pleasant and memorable experience.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast buffet was good and plentiful. The room was modern and comfortable. There is a bar, restaurant and a small enclosed courtyard. We felt safe to leave our window open for fresh air as the window was over the enclosed courtyard.

The hotel is very clean. The rooms are clean as well. The location is in the city center. Parking is available. Housekeeping is efficient and thorough. The reception staff is friendly. I recommend it.

I was promised a call from a manager after raising the issue but never received one, and my follow-up call also led nowhere. This was frustrating and not the level of service I expect from Hilton.

This hotel is brand new and absolutely spotless—everything feels fresh and well-maintained. The amenities are excellent. Staff are incredibly friendly and quick to resolve any issues, though they can occasionally be a bit importunate. Still, their eagerness to help comes from a good place. Special thanks to Muhammad, who arranged the airport transfers for my family and patiently answered all my questions. Truly appreciated!
