Aside from the slow elevator, everything is very good. From the space, cleanliness, housekeeping and great service of staff.
The breakfast is a fancy fusion but I missed the simple taste of tapa and corned beef.

I have been traveling the world my whole life and have visited many countries during my time in the U.S. Navy. Shangri-La The Fort Manila and Shangri-La the Fort Boracay are by far the best resorts I've stayed in. The services they provide far exceed the price you pay (in my opinion). The complimentary breakfast was phenomenal. All the staff were professional and prompt. Best customer service I've seen anywhere. Specific shout out to the night manager Karl.

One of the highlights of our stay was the amazing breakfast—a lavish spread of high-quality dishes, from fresh pastries to perfectly cooked eggs and an impressive selection of Japanese and international cuisine. Every bite was a delight!
