The property is situated in a nice location, however it is showing its age. All staff that I interacted with were very courteous and went out of their way. My one big negative is the Covewood Restaurants food was terrible. I did give my feedback to the server and manager and they were great (I did not ask for compensation). I ate both dinner and breakfast and it was pretty bad so did not eat on the property after that.

Bad attitude
"The hotel was as good ask you could ask for. Clean and neat. Beware of CERTAIN personnel. 3rd shift. I came to town at about midnight and after looking ALL OVER for a hotel that does not make you wait until 3pm (WTF??????) to check in I booked online and was turned away at 4am. Had to walk around ..."
