Staff were really helpful and awesome….. and we needed to cancel our second night and they made sure we got a complete refund. They were super helpful and friendly. Also, you get a voucher for the breakfast for 20 bucks per person which was really nice so our breakfast cost us very little!!!! we enjoyed our stay all around in the art displays are really incredible

This property was in a perfect location in the city. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. I would stay here again!!

I actually feel bad rating this as low as i did but since one man's behavior made us decide we will never stay there again i suppose the rating is fair. There was a gentleman working the evening shift Saturday night who was a real a$$####! We got back from a day out exploring and dinner and the parking situation was terrible. You mean you pay $20 for parking and there are not enough spots? We drove around the building twice with no luck finding a spot so we came back to the front to park in a valet only spot. Just as we were about t i get out an employee pulled out of another spot so we parked there but it had a sign for the coffee place only. So we went inside and were trying to explain this to him but he just wanted to argue saying there were 55 spots available. No they were all occupied but he continued. This man needs to leave customer service. Other than that everyone was nice and the hotel was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was nice in the morning too. If he were gone I'd go back otherwise. Good luck I'm sure he will cost this hotel more business!

We chose this hotel because it is close to The Showbox. The hotel is about a block away and also very close to Pike Place Market. Nearby restaurants and less than 10 minute walk to the waterfront. The hotel is very charming and clean. Staff were all very helpful and pleasant. The restaurant has great food and staff as well. We will stay here again.

That is ok for shower I not like spill wet but I want tub than shower I were feel sore and painful my back. Ouch…….that is all
