Staff excellent. Would have been nice to get a coffee, tea or a drink in the lobby area.

It was so peaceful, entire facility from the private beach to the pool and family friendly property were top notch.

A wonderful stay in Perugia. Parking was easy whey you found it. All safely undercover and locked up. Easy walking into town but uphill so take it easy. There terrace restaurant was good. Do not go to the Prior restaurant across from the hotel it was not good food. We had a wonderful time in Hotel Priori Secret Garden

Excellent newly built independent hotel just steps away from Uliassi and the lungomare. Rooms are clean and large with generous balconies, and they seem to all have ocean views. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Friendly staff. Consider booking the spa for an hour, it’s a cool space with a view of the town plus a jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and cold shower.

Nothing much going on other than the spa. It’s relaxing but not necessarily the best.

This is a great property to base a trip around the Marche region.

We stayed one night. The restaurant was fully booked (I have never experienced this before in a large hotel). The Spa was overcrowded with noisy young people. So I can only comment on the room. The room was spacious and clean with a good shower. I would not stay again as there are other hotels in the area that provide a more cost effective service, given the limitations I experienced.

This place was an absolute gem. No crowds, private beach access, large rooms, and tons of amenities. The staff was very friendly and almost everyone spoke English. Highly recommend for those looking to avoid the crowds.
