Breakfast was great! Lovely buffet breakfast. Room was clean and staff were pleasant.

Great location, was a little concern about bedding, noise, and overall quality of room based on feedback but was pleasantly surprised with hotel. It is an old hotel, so something aren’t going to be perfect given the age but the location was perfect if you wanted to be close to major sites and restaurants.

The property was on the beach with a beautiful view.

The staff there was amazing. Andraina was the front desk girl and she was super helpful. She told us what restaurants were good. She would have his cars booked when we needed them. The housekeeper was great. She gave us some Mass to take to us when we went on our cruise ship and I cannot forget about Jovanna. She was the one in the restaurant that would make us fresh squeezed orange juice every morning. She danced and dance to my husband for his birthday. Just a lovely lady. I highly recommend staying at this place. It's like a boutique hotel, four stars and it's right by all the shopping and by the marina for the cruises. So you're right by everything. You can literally walk everywhere. I give this a hotel a 12 out of 10. If you want to experience things there just talk to them. They will get you the right drivers and everything we went to a little place called Monreal. Our driver's name was Luigi and he was fantastic. If you can get him as a driver while you stay there definitely ask for him. Thank you for making our honeymoon, 5-year anniversary, and birthdays amazing!

Very nice property and the location was excellent... right in the heart of the historic district. But the high point of this hotel is the restaurant. First of all excellent breakfast with a panoramic view of the city from the rooftop. And the dinner menu is outstanding... very unexpected for a hotel restaurant... highly recommended.

So far from a 5 star hotel. The staff is the most unfriendliest staff we have ever encounter. When we pulled in no bellman, front desk is extremely not professional and could care less. Guest experience is close to none. Property isn’t clean, dirt and weeds everywhere. The room is tiny, no iron/steamer. We called front desk 3 times for a steamer, after 30mins I had to go downstairs and ask again. Property has a lot of potential if well maintained. Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Service is worse than a 2 star and property could be a 4. Will never be back. Their webpage and instagram are so manicurated, the grounds are far from what’s shown.

Good things: Great location with good staff. Excellent breakfast. Good working A/C. Bad things: Extremely loud construction noise literally right next door with connected walls with drilling and banging non stop from 7AM to 7PM. Just terrible! Zero comfort and relaxation in the room during those hours. Also the hotel is extremely dated. Needs a complete remodeling. Nothing works in the room. Shower is terrible with no water pressure. Remodeling of the entire hotel is at least 25 years overdue. Very strange TV set up. Staff are very kind and helpful. Poor condition of the hotel is not their fault. All and all, for the price and location, OK.
