Check in was smooth and fast. Front desk was nice and professional. I must be getting old because I could hardly hear the girl talk. Anyways, room was nice and clean - had a washer (no dryer but that’s what the drying rack and balcony are there for), stove top, oven (but no microwave), large fridge and freezer (nice) and even a air dresser (to keep your clothes fresh). Had breakfast there daily - good mix of Korean and western - service was good as well.

Breakfast buffet was great, a wider variety of food to select from. Room was generally clean and nice. Staff at the front desk were helpful in asking our questions. Definitely would love to stay here again!

The hotel was overall good. The only issues we had were the lack of hot water for the first night, and the air conditioning/heating not working.

I had a really great stay at Hotel Naru Seoul MGallery Collection. It is a beautiful five star hotel with a very high standard overall. I stayed on the 19th floor and the view towards the river was stunning. The sunsets were incredible and the city looked just as beautiful at night. The room was spacious with plenty of storage, including two wardrobes and drawers, which made it easy to fully unpack. The staff were very helpful and most spoke very good English, which is important for me as I do not speak Korean well. Room service was also very good, I tried both breakfast and dinner and everything was enjoyable. There are just a few small areas for improvement. The round bath, while visually interesting, was not very practical or comfortable to use. Despite having a coffee machine, there were no coffee capsules or cups provided, which felt like an oversight. The minibar could also offer a bit more variety, especially when it comes to zero sugar options, and a better selection of snacks. I also missed some of the small thoughtful extras I have seen in other hotels, such as skincare items or similar touches. Overall, these are minor points and I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, great view, enjoyed my stay. Just make sure you review the message they send in advance with your room number and access code. I wasn’t aware there was a virtual check-in process. Reviewing the pre-arrival directions will make things smooth and seamless.

clean room, wonderfull staff

I was very happy to see that I could check in several hours earlier when I arrived. Was also given an hour later check out. Chose this hotel as it is near the airport did not expect all the wonderful restaurants, amenities of hotel and seaside restaurants. The room opened very nicely for a view of the ocean. When I arrive, the room was quite warm and I was told there’s no air conditioning at this time of the season to open my window and let the wind come in. it’s certainly helped. Night for sleeping with window open was very comfortable. I recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a beach experience in 20 minute ride to the terminal two airport. Receptionist was very kind accommodating spoke English very well.

Truly fantastic breakfast buffet that can rival any 5 star hotel. Perfectly located for exploring all of the sights you need to see while in Seoul. Wonderful and helpful manager of the hotel, told exactly where we needed to go to find the fresh king crab feast we were looking for. Even warned us that it would be expensive, but we were prepared for that. Would certainly stay here again.

We had to wait 2 hours for checkin. I know the check in time is 3 pm, but there are always some rooms that are ready earlier. Then at 3pm there were many people checking in at the same time. I liked the location. Airport limusine in front of the hotel for 18000 won. one washing machine and one dryer for the entire hotel. we paid a higher price with expedia, but the room was on the 11th floor with a nice view. we did not have time for breakfast unfortunatelly. There was some renovation gaing on in the foyer when we were there.
