Nice stay, the walls were a bit thin but overall good.

This is a really fun hotel, and the lavish rooms were amazing! The staff, especially the concierge at the door were truly wonderful- chatty and friendly, with great & helpful recommendations. We did valet parking which was great, but means I can’t speak to the ease of self parking. The location is ok- it’s easily walkable to all the sites on Water street etc. Just a heads up, there is a shelter very close so there are a higher number of unhoused people around the area, however at no point did we ever feel unsafe (travelling with senior parents and our kids), and no one ever bothered us- but we were also not out walking in the evenings. Would 100% stay here again.

The only thing is the towels for the pool are a little on the small size for adults that’s about it

This Sheraton hotel has a fantastic location and breath-taking view of the harbour view. The staff is warm and very helpful. However, the room is not in a good condition - old carpet, terribly done plumbing work (both faucet facing backwards), very loud air conditioning. This hotel is not at the level the Sheraton-chained hotels should be. It needs a renovation badly.

Our room was beautiful and very romantic with lots of space. Hannah gave us a great recommendation for our last dinner in st. John's.
