Couples suite was a bit tired and in need of TLC.

Wonderful Stay with Great Hospitality — Some Areas to Improve.We recently had the pleasure of staying at Sofitel Sentosa, and overall, it was a very enjoyable and memorable experience.A special shoutout to the all-day dining restaurant team serving breakfast and dinner — they were truly exceptional. The food quality, variety, and presentation were excellent, and the staff’s warmth and attentiveness made every meal delightful. In fact, we chose to dine in every day purely because of the experience they created. The property itself has a very calming and positive vibe. The ambience is serene, the surroundings are beautiful, and the staff across the hotel are courteous and welcoming. One of the highlights of our stay was seeing birds and peacocks freely roaming around — it added a unique charm to the overall experience. That said, there are a few areas where the property could improve: Cleanliness near reception area Upon arrival, the restrooms near the reception were not clean. While the staff responded promptly once informed, a more proactive approach to upkeep—especially in high-visibility areas—would significantly enhance the first impression. Swimming pool safety (especially for kids) The swimming pool is not particularly kid-friendly. It can feel unsafe for children without flotation support such as life jackets or inflatable tubes. Additionally, the lifeguard presence felt passive — there was limited proactive monitoring or intervention, which is an area that needs attn.

Free filtered water and all the drinks in the bar is also free and gets refilled daily. Staff were very nice and courteous and the location is walking dostance to metro to get to vivo city as well as universal singapore

There were flies in the breakfast area. F&B staff were helpful and dedicated. Check-in experience was slow, took about 20mins to check in but received a room that has construction view. Was not shown to the lift lobby while other foreign guests were. Not a pleasant stay overall for the bucks spent. Disappointed.
