Breakfast was excellent, both in quality and service, and every interaction with the team reinforced the hotel’s commitment to outstanding hospitality. The duty manager Kevin during our stay was kind, attentive and went the extra mile to make guests comfortable, including seeing people off at their vehicles when they were departing the hotel. The masterclass and DIY sessions for children were a lovely touch, and even there, the personal attention given to children was quite something.
