Convenient location to our event. Room could use updating and some repair due to water damage that has just been covered. Bedsheets seemed "damp" as well. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water for showers. Wifi was good.

My only concern was no curtains on the window but a shade. if your lights are on inside the room someone walking by could see inside (my guest & I tested).
