No fax. I had emergency but no fax. No phones in rooms Therefore you cannot order room service. There was no toilet paper on the second day but no phone to communicate with reception to complain, sent an email but no answer. You have to get dressed and go down to reception! It’s a very isolated place and full of construction all around.

Nice stay and staff were very helpful. I will definitely be returning for another stay.

Lovely breakfast and big nice bed.

Fantastic stay - and would stay again without hesitation. The staff were the highlight - going over and above for every part of the stay. The breakfast was also outstanding - a fantastic selection, healthy, fresh and delicious. It's worth mentioning the bar was great and dinner was equally fantastic and one of the best meals we ate in Gothenburg. The hôtel itself is excellently located in the city for restaurants and shops, easy to travel from by bus or tram, and 30 seconds walk from the airport bus transfer. The room was a decent size, clean, quiet and ideal for a city break. The only downside was the duvet was too toasty and pillows too soft. A sauna would have complemented the swimming pool nicely. This aside, we would return again.

My room was in desperate need of updating it was very tired, bed was not comfortable bathroom was very tired too towels looked stained toilet seat was loose.

The hotel has good access to the main attractions in Gothenburg.. It had a good range of breakfast..free coffee and tea.. The Staff were friendly.

Small and old room. Good breakfast for the price.
