Great, clean accommodation with really helpful and friendly staff

The Hotel is nicely updated. The proximity to the beach is excellent. The pool and grounds were beautifully done. Staff is very, very helpful and nice. The food was quite good. The amenities are okay. Beach towels would be nice but I appreciate that might be difficult to keep stocked and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location near Estachion d'autobus, but at one end of city centre, so not too busy with tourists. Easy getting through passport control for us, and even easier getting C6 bus into city.

Great hotel in a fabulous location. The one thing that lets it down is the pool area & the reason why I wouldn’t go again. The pool is far too small for the size of hotel & is also in the shade for a lot of the day. Many sunbeds were in the shade from around 1pm. Due to the limited area some sunbeds were even under the canopy of the building. The hotel also clearly prioritises weddings - we were asked to vacate our sunbeds & move away from the pool area at 3.45pm to make way for a wedding party around the pool. This happened on 2 days out of our 3. If the hotel cater for weddings this should not affect guests who are there on holiday & have paid a lot of money. The pool & pool bar could not be used on these days after 3.45pm! Other than that it’s a lovely hotel & the breakfast was wonderful, a shame but we sadly would not return. We loved Alicante, our first visit & we loved it in the Old Town.
