No response from hotel despite several messages over almost 4 days to provide details of tourist pass.
Front desk person couldn't even help with the nearest bus stop. Room was OK, bed not the most comfortable, and linens need upgrade.
Breakfast was really good though and reasonable connectivity to main city.

I arrived late and left very early. Still, the wake greeting from staff and the excellent meal I had at the restaurant made my brief stay in Salzburg relaxing and memorable.
