Stayed during a heat wave and they already had the room cool when we checked in. Staff very friendly and courteous. Apples at front desk a nice touch. Comfortable. Would be great to have another pillow.

The air conditioner did not work and they said they do not have none one to fix it. Both of the room has not bath supplies such as shampoo o shower gel. The buffet food was cold and i think is expensive for the quality. It was over price for the rooms.

We had a lovely stay at the Arcotel Castellani. The room looked to be recently decorated was clean, spacious and had a lovely view of the mountains. Air con, tea, coffee and water was provided along with general toiletries in the bathroom.
Check in and out was easy and they stored our luggage so we could explore after check out time without carrying bags around.
It is about a 20 minute walk into the old town (a straight walk) but a number 3 or 8 tram will also take you there in 15 minutes. I’ve heard of free passes but we weren’t provided with one but a 24 bus pass is approx £5 so not too bad anyway.
