The worst ultra all inclusive hotel you can ever visit . The food as sooo bad , ordered nachos and guacamole, had to wait two hours in this a la carte restaurant, only to get half an avocado with a unbearable sauce on top . The tacos were so bad as well . There is no customer experience , no follow ups , no attention . I lost my sunglasses and they could not care less to try to find it . Everytime i try to speak with the customer service they say they will look into it and never reply . One of the worst hotels i have been in .

Liberty is a beautiful place for families, my 2 kids ages 10 & 13yrs old had so much fun, entertainment team was great ! Night shows were always different which was a good way to keep our nights busy.
Water slides were heaps fun too for kids and adults.
Food buffet was good, I wouldn't say amazing but still pretty good options for everyone.
I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Hotel is ok, ideal for my stay, i came at the end of the season, hotel felt dirty and needed good clean in the public areas,

We stayed for one night out of season and it was very quiet and opted fro one of the front rooms overlooking the sea.
The rooms are quite basic and in need of updating but adequate for one night.
Limited parking is available at the hotel but would need to get there early to get a place.
Breakfast was ok, served in the front room over looking the sea.
Walkable to restaurants but many are closed out of season.
