The kitchen was well stocked. Some staff were very friendly and others don’t know how to smile. The upper pool area was clean and inviting. All fees should be upfront when purchasing a room. If purchasing a 3 bedroom call and confirm as one of my rooms ended up being a 2 bedroom and should have been a 3 bedroom. I also feel you should get 2 beach chairs per bedroom reserved.

Positives - Great food! Great amenities! Great section of the beach! Rooms were clean and modern! Negatives - Staff checking us in were not overly helpful - very transactional and seemed annoyed with any questions. - Beach had a lot of garbage - would be great if people would clean up after themselves, but if not, if there was staff to help pick up the garbage.

Loved the location in the middle of the art deco district. All staff were pleasant & helpful. Meals at restaurant were delicious.

The check-in process was fine however, the instructions of where the parking pass was was not where it was supposed to be so I ended up spending $80 for the private valet. I also asked for towels multiple times and never received any. I also called the phone number that they sent to call with no answer.. The bathroom door did not close. And the shower was not regulated. It was just very very hot. The upside is it’s got a beautiful view and a kitchen and the hotel itself is stunning. Next time I stayed at the Brickell, I would probably just stay with the hotel not with a private condo.

It's a lot of space and a beautiful property. Beware, it's a 12 minute walk between properties. I ended up at the property that is further away (next to Publix). It was a hassle lugging luggage at check in as well as check out. The staff were very friendly. I enjoyed the stay.
