When on arrive the recepcionist didnt let us park as a regular car ( we were on motorcycle) mentioning that "other"guestes were on those spots (empty in the moment). We moved the motorcycles, and in the morning the places were empty, or nobody used , while she asked us to move.

Great hotel and amazing spa. Apart from some minor problems with the taxi service and the friendliness of the reception staff, we can highly recommend the hotel. We will certainly come here again

Lovely hotel with excellent facilities. Plenty of parking and a short stroll into the village.
Our modern room was a good size, bed and pillows very comfortable and a very nice balcony overlooking the pools and village. Shower was good, so too the Wi-Fi.
Breakfast was excellent with a huge selection of food and we ordered one bar meal which was very good. On Sunday and Monday they only serve pre booked set meals. We didn’t realise this and as we only wanted a salad then we were unable to eat.
The relaxation areas and pools are great - comfortable loungers, plenty of towels and indoor/outdoor pools are heated 😊.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Maybe they could improve on English signage and communication? I only know basic German so found it a bit difficult at times.

Excellent ski in /out. Staff helped with any requests. Surprised upon arrival with free ski passes and free rental. Great stay!
