When I first arrived the man at the front desk was confused about my booking, and told me to wait until the next shift arrives. They don't give you a broucher or map explaining the resort and hours of operations. Instead there is a QR code placard in the room and if you scan it you get redirected. I went to call the front desk to discover the phone didn't work. I had to make an international call to get someone at there number give a message to the front desk. They claimed it would be fixed that day it was not. Then they wanted to fix it my last day there and I explained it could wait until I check out at 2 am, There was no need to rush and have it working now. As a solo traveler you can understand my concern, and disappointment. What if there was an emergency the only way to get in touch with the front desk is to make an international call and hope they relay the message.

Such an amazing place I loved coming back to a clean hotel room and the food was amazing. Cleanest hotel I’ve ever been to by far ! Beach is amazing and such friendly amazing staff!
