The suite had a noticeable damp smell when we arrived. During our stay, we discovered that the AC unit was leaking, which likely explains where the damp smell was coming from. I also would not classify this hotel as a true 4-star property. Based on the overall condition, quality, and amenities, it felt much more like a 3-star hotel, and I believe the pricing should reflect that. Had I known beforehand that this was more comparable to a 3-star property, my expectations would have been very different. Unfortunately, at the price we paid and with the hotel being advertised as 4-star, I expected a noticeably higher standard. That being said, the staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, which we appreciated.
