overall, it was a very good experience. The resort itself is beautiful, clean, and has a great atmosphere.However, there were a few areas that could be improved. The drinks were not always prepared perfectly and felt a bit inconsistent. Additionally, we found the dinner options to be quite limited. We ate at the buffet most nights but unfortunately did not enjoy the food, as many dishes lacked flavor and were not very delicious.It is a wonderful resort, but the dining and beverage quality definitely has room for improvement.

Staff treats you great at the resort rooms were good just a little outdated and for me the bathroom has a weird smell. The food could have been better some days with some meats being overcooked but overall was a great resort.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my wife and family, and overall we had a wonderful experience. The service and accommodations were excellent from start to finish. A special thank you to Smelin, the Property Manager, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay. We were celebrating my wife's birthday, and the thoughtful welcome amenity prepared in our room was a wonderful touch that made the occasion even more special. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay. The staff was consistently friendly, professional, and attentive. The buffet offerings were outstanding, with a great variety of delicious options available each day. One area that could use some improvement is a few of the à la carte restaurants. While the service was good, some menu items did not quite meet the expectations set by the overall quality of the resort. We stayed in the adults-only Hideaway section of the hotel, which was a major highlight. The exclusive atmosphere, added privacy, and premium liquor selections made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would gladly return. Thank you to the entire team for making our family vacation so memorable.

Me gusto el servicio de los empleados muy amables y atentos para ayudar en todo , no me gusto las facilidades en el area del bufet considero muy pequeño para el tamaño del hotel y no tenian aire acondicionado la aplicacion del hotel no sirve , no habia disponibilidad en los restaurantes y el cuarto tenia mal olor a pesar de que estaba limpio espero esto les ayude a mejorar

Overall, the property was okay, but there were several issues that impacted our experience. I would strongly recommend avoiding room service—it consistently took 3 to 4 hours for food to arrive, which was very frustrating. The bartender at the sports bar was also disappointing. He came across as rude and seemed to prioritize serving guests who tipped in advance, which made the experience uncomfortable. We were traveling as a group of 10 and had an Expedia representative assigned to assist us, but they were not helpful at all. When we asked about making restaurant reservations, we were essentially told it was impossible due to our group size. As a result, when we did dine at one of the restaurants, we were split up and seated at separate tables. On a positive note, the staff who assisted us with our cabana rental were very friendly and attentive, and the bellhop was also helpful and welcoming. Overall, while the property itself was decent, the service in several areas definitely needs improvement.
