We had a wonderful stay at Finest Punta Cana and enjoyed it so much that we extended our vacation an extra night! The resort is beautiful and exceptionally clean. Day and night, we saw staff constantly cleaning and maintaining the property. The pools were spotless, and we even noticed the water being checked daily. The food was excellent. We especially enjoyed Insieme Italian, The Market Kitchen buffet, Surf & Turf, the amazing Tomahawk steak at Dommo, and the lobster and lunch at Duke’s. The staff truly made our vacation special. Dihianna at The Market Kitchen deserves special recognition from management. She was incredibly attentive, warm, charismatic, and provided exceptional service. Ronny at the Excellence Club bar was also outstanding—amazing cocktails, excellent service, and always friendly. He deserves recognition as well! Special thanks also to Humberto and Jairon at the pool bar for their great cocktails and friendly service, Noelany at Excellence Club reception for being so attentive, and Carlos, who welcomed us with his wonderful outgoing personality. The only downside was the beach, which had strong waves and seaweed, although the staff worked constantly to keep it clean. We also had some confusion when extending our reservation, so communication between reservations and the front desk could improve. Overall, an excellent experience. We would definitely return!

Hay lugares a los que uno va de vacaciones… y hay lugares que de alguna manera se quedan con un pedacito del corazón. ❤️ Así nos vamos de Catalonia Royal La Romana Adults Only: felices, agradecidos y con la certeza de que volveríamos 10.000 veces. La playa es simplemente espectacular, el agua, el paisaje, la comida, los tragos y el ambiente hacen que sea muy fácil enamorarse de este lugar. 🌴☀️🍹 Pero si me preguntan qué fue lo que realmente hizo especial nuestra estadía, mi respuesta sería: su gente. La calidad humana que encontramos aquí fue, sin duda, lo más bonito. Desde la persona que entra cada día a mantener nuestra habitación impecable, hasta cada empleado que nos cruzaba por los pasillos y nos regalaba una sonrisa y un “buenos días”. Son detalles que quizás parecen pequeños, pero cuando estás lejos de casa significan muchísimo. Quiero hacer una mención muy especial a Katherine, de recepción. Ha sido y sigue siendo excepcional. Su asistencia, sus detalles, su dedicación y esa disposición genuina de ayudar hicieron que nos sintiéramos verdaderamente atendidos y, sobre todo, bienvenidos. Katherine, gracias por cada detalle y por hacer nuestra experiencia aún más especial. ❤️ También quiero a Wadi, del equipo de animación, por su alegría, su energía y por hacer que nuestros días fueran todavía más divertidos. Y a Raposo, del buffet, por su amabilidad, atención y excelente servicio. Gracias por hacernos sentir tan bien en cada momento.
