(598 reviews) It’s lovely hotel in good location and beautiful pool. Staff was good but after being and traveling in Vietnam for 8 years was not up to par with most Vietnam staff going the extra mile. Room had old style electric outlets that I needed adapter to use my computer. The room was spacious but some things didn’t make sense where light switches were and in bathroom. But still enjoyed my stay in hoi a for the 4th time.
