Great location. Nice and clean facility. The kitchenette was well stocked. Close to all kinds of shops. 15 min walk to National Theater district. Close to public transportation.
We didnt like the fact there was no front desk

Great location, but reception is understaffed so it sometimes takes a while to check in, you have to pay extra to use the pool, breakfast selection was limited, parking expensive and voice on the elevator annoying.

Room was crisp, clean and quiet. Staff were VERY helpful with local suggestions and helpful ideas. We did not eat on the premises as we were headed into Oslo. Parking was very tight and fairly expensive. Gym was clean.
The property is near both bus and train into Oslo, which we used every day. It was very convenient to have access to public transportation which is quite expansive around Oslo.

The hotel is in an excellent location in a quiet neighbourhood but within easy walking distance of tram and bus stops. The staff were efficient, helpful, and friendly. The breakfasts and dinners were very good und used quality ingredients; there was a good variety of choices as well. The room was clean and very comfortable, if basic. We will definitely use this hotel for our next trip to Oslo!!
