Last day hotel was without electricity and the hotel did not offer any help or any explanations. Had to carry my luggage from floor 7 to lobby by the stairs. Only one elevator was working.

Previously I had a bad experience with this hotel, this time I found a big difference a part of the employee are always great professional and nice, the disabled parking spot was watched well and available, the water in the shower was hot and good, the restaurant was much better with the breakfast serving, thank you I will be back soon

The staff in not helpful, The staff asked for the deposit in cash when I asked for the receipt she said she will not give any receipt so I asked that I will do the card and she said she cant do that and an argument happened for an 20mins, there are no amenities ..."
