Wir haben insgesamt 3 Zimmer gehabt in 6 Tagen . Das Personal an der Rezeption war bemüht, aber leider nur oberflächlich. Bei Problemen wurde uns zwar jeweils ein neues Zimmer gegeben aber sonst alles ignoriert. Leider entspricht das Hotel nicht dem 5-Sterne-Standard aus dem Internet. Die Zimmer und Bäder sind renovierungsbedürftig, Teppichboden in den Zimmern, muffiger Geruch, Sauberkeit mangelhaft. Als Entschädigung für 2x Zimmerwechsel wurde uns EIN Getränkegutschein mit 10% Rabatt für 1 Person angeboten - das empfinden wir als nicht angemessen. Wichtig: Die Lage ist sehr weit außerhalb. Die angegebenen 41-51 Minuten in die Stadt stimmen aus unserer Erfahrung nicht. Wir haben mit dem Taxi zur Blauen Moschee / Altstadt immer 1,5 bis 2 Stunden gebraucht. Auch zum Flughafen SAW deutlich mehr Zeit einplanen.

Excellent location for the main attractions, staff were very helpful. If you're not good with stairs ask to not have room 11 or 12 as you'll be going up a fair few flights of step stairs.

Stayed at this hotel for 6 nights, Very beautiful hotel, Had a few issues upon arrival but was sorted after speaking to the right people The room was so beautiful, carefully designed loved every second of my time in there, The staff are genuinely helpful and warm. The breakfast was okay, I think it’s more suited to the Turkish/ Middle Eastern taste pallet as opposed to the western if you’re after bacon sausages beans etc don’t expect it haha Didn’t get to use the spa but it looked absolutely beautiful due to skin issues I couldn’t but ’m sure it would have taken my experience up a notch! Very close to the metro so handy in that regard, there’s also a local mall 10 minutes walk that has a lot of shops and if you’re feeling for a Burger King McDonald’s or subway and a 13 minute walk from the tram which takes you to all the hotspots! Overall would I visit again? Potentially yes!
