Hotel was ideal in all respects. Staff were friendly and professional.

Nice hotel. Room was large and comfortable bed, but a bit dated. We got there a bit late 945pm, and the kitchen was closed with no room service available. They helped us order pizza delivery for dinner The in door pool was great, as was the spa. Nice outdoor pools as well but not heated. Breakfast was good

Overall the hotel was very nice and in perfect location. We would definitely stay again. Some items they could improve. The reading lights above bed did not work and there was no other source of light except the huge lights for the entire room. The shower floor was super super super slippery. Both my husband and I almost fell several times. It was so bad while mid shower I couldn’t even move because I knew if I went either direction I was going to fall. Being it is so hot, and considering price of rooms they could provide more bottles of water for room. Maybe 4 instead of 2. Our friends stayed in Junior Suite and they didn’t realize it was 2 floors and the bathroom was downstairs. And it was a spiral staircase coming down with no handrail and he just had knee surgery and neck surgery. They wouldn’t have booked room if they knew that. The rooftop area is really nice but be sure to get them to open the sun shade for you because it can get really hot.

This is a unique property which is somewhat isolated but about 20 minutes from Syracusa and we were able to get an Uber pretty easily. We had a rental car and went to Arenella Beach which was great experience which I feel was a real authentic Sicily lido experience. We paid 5 euro for the parking 25 euro for 2 chairs. They had a man making very good pizza and a restaurant with full bar to sit in (food court set up). The pool at the hotel is very nice and huge and heated. Our room had a hot tub which was really nice. The morning breakfast is a buffet but they will make you omelets, pancakes and eggs too! This is a very relaxing place but the rooms are not luxurious but clean and adequate. The staff was very helpful.

Exceptional hotel with wonderful service from the moment we reached the property to the incredible food - both breakfast and lunch. The service was incredible, especially the 2 Angelos we met - the one who greeted us upon arrival and the other who served us lunch. Highly recommend!

Incredible location and beautiful hotel- the complimentary breakfast is fantastic. The staff are great for suggestions on great eating spots in the area too!
