We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — it’s just a short walk from Lucerne train station and very convenient for getting to the Old Town and exploring the city.
The breakfast was also very good and exactly the kind of breakfast I enjoy. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall service was great.
One thing to be aware of: one side of the hotel is directly next to the train tracks, so if you are sensitive to noise, I would recommend requesting a room on the other side of the hotel.
Overall, a very convenient and pleasant stay, especially because of the great location and service.

A wonderful hotel in a beautiful location on the shore of Lake Lucerne. Room was well equipped, spacious and clean with stunning views over the lake. Staff were polite and very helpful. Excellent dining options available both in the hotel and within walking distance.
