London (STN) to Rome (FCO)
8/10 Very good! (986 reviews)
I was surprised that, there was no coffee machine, no coffee, no kettle, no tea or no cups to make any hot drink. After paying over $225 for one night, you would at least expect a decent drink in the morning. I asked the reception for a kettle (I had tea bags brought) but they said they don't have a kettle. So, I have to add this, so others know, or the hotel changes this policy.
