Might as well have slept in an oven...hit our heads several times on ceilings..

We had two rooms for two night June 8, 2026. One of the rooms had no toilet paper squares in it so we asked the owner for some. He declined and told us to was with the middle sink and use a towel. So this was our last straw. First straw, it's located in a graffiti alley that got sketchy at night. Second, the rooms were so so small. Getting lights to stay on was confusing. Plug in outlets too old it couldn't hold a plug. Last, the owner lied that its a 4 star. We left the next morning after we walked to a store for toilet paper. We lost/walked away from $650 for one more night that we had already paid for. The owner and the toilet paper issue was just unreal. Find another hotel plz. Any other hotel would work! The staff was beyond helpful. The room was ready early and we were welcomed by a very kind staff member. The shuttle to the airport was quick and easy. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed a this hotel on June 29 2026 and booked two rooms for our last night in Italy. , as it’s close to the airport. Immediately after check in one room had an inoperative ac system. With it being 40 degrees outside it’s not possible to sleep in that heat. We contacted front desk and they switched rooms to another after waiting nearly an hour at reception. The next room was no better and ac again did not work. We’re switched to a third room and finally the ac was working. Then two hours later the whole buildings power went out multiple times. The water coming out of the shower was brown and disgusting. The staff at front desk were very rude and unhelpful saying it’s not their fault. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels for work. This is single handedly the worst experience I’ve had in a hotel ever. They would not reply to Expedia to get us a refund and were forced to spend the night in a hotel that had no ac as the power was out. Do yourself a favour and book anywhere else.
