Southern Sweden Cheap Holidays

Very disappointed with my room. 1st impressions are vital. The communal area was ok, but as a solo traveller with a heavy bag I wasn’t directed to the main lift by reception, but down some stairs along a dark corridor and into a poky lift. I opened the door to my room to be greeted by a large stain on the carpet. There was no milk to make tea only creamer powder and I was told I could always go down three floors to use the communal milk each time I had a cup of tea. I even visited the website to check I was in the 4* hotel I had booked! Not a patch on the 4* hotel I had stayed in, in Stockholm. The room had everything it said, but the majority of the plugs didn’t work. The hair dryer was pathetic and I just gave up and left my hair to dry naturally. The room was stuffy and the window only opened a smidge. The bathroom was clean and adequate. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was ok. The location was good. I would not stay at this hotel again. As a solo traveller, I was allocated the pokiest room. My experience certainly wasn’t 4* or that of the glossy website photos.

Hotel is continently located attached to the airport and a path right from the train. Room is spacious comfortable and clean

Breakfast was outstanding! The room (junior suite) was spacious: nice walk to neighborhoods, restaurants and shopping.

Amazing breakfast. Bar area is gorgeous. Rooms are as expected for the price point. Overall great location by the metro!

Great hotel in a great spot of Gothenburg. Clean room and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We will be back

I had what I think is the the cheapest room on offer. It was downstairs but I still had a window that opened onto a courtyard. The staff were very friendly and let me borrow a bike as much as I liked. The room was clean and there was unlimited tea in the common area. One of the lights was broken, but there were more and the shower was great. For the price, I have to give it 5 stars.

Small room but very cosy and served the purpose.

Very clean room, helpful and efficient staff...great breakfast selection...only slight bugbear was the room was very warm with no aircon or fan. The window did open but it was a minimal gap...This would not stop me from going back again and i am looking at later in the year
